How do I view my purchased tutorials?

If you've purchased a tutorial, navigate to your My Tutorials playlist, click on your tutorial, and then you can watch it using the streaming video player. Project file links will appear at the bottom of the page.


How do I purchase tutorials?

Currently, tutorials are available to purchase with the PayPal Button at the top of every tutorial product page after you log in. Once you've purchased through PayPal, you will be redirected back to cmiVFX where your purchases appear in your My Tutorials playlist. Click into an item to bring up your content and links to project files.


What Browsers and Platforms Are Supported?

Almost all modern browsers are supported except for old versions of Internet Explorer. (IE less than version 11 is not supported.) Please make sure to use the most updated version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera browsers. Google Chrome is preferred. Mobile browsers are supported as well, however, please be aware that project files are currently not available for download on mobile devices and require a laptop or desktop operating system in order to download.


Why Can't I Log In?

First, please make sure you entered your username and password correctly. If you forgot your password, go to the Forgot Password page and submit the email address for your account. You will receive an email message from cmiVFX with a password reset link. Click the link, which will take you back to cmiVFX where you can reset your password. If you're signed up with a Google or LinkedIn account, you can use them to log in as well. For example, if you're already logged in to Google, so long as your Google account email address is the same as your cmiVFX account email address, you can log into cmiVFX with one click of the "Login via Google" button. It's that simple!
